We are currently looking for an Office Administrative Assistant/Recruitment Consultant to help with general office duties in our Stanmore – London office.
Working hours will be Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 17:00PM with basic office admin required, you will be following instructions by your admin manager.
Requirements for this role include:
• Receive telephone calls and take messages.
• Collection, inputting information accurately onto computerised forms.
• Maintain client records, keeping paper files up to date.
• Dealing with contractors queries.
• Liaising with colleagues to understand clients, workloads etc.
• Dealing with correspondence and writing emails.
• Show discretion and confidentiality at all times.
Skills and experience required:
• Computer literate.
• Credit Control (not essential but desirable ).
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Ideally a minimum of one year experience in an office environment, however full training will be given.
