Working as a part of the Technical Support team, you will be supporting our customer base with technical questions surrounding our products and services. Being calm under pressure, attention to detail, methodical in your approach and a great team player is exactly what we need in our candidates. A number of different systems is used as you will be updating and adding notes after contact with the customer.
Our client also has a live chat function on their website, which allows customers to communicate with staff in real-time via a chat window. Being a competent typist is a must! Our client is in an exciting period of growth and as such the role is varied and fast paced.

Monday to Friday – Full Time
£20,000 per year

Hours: 80 hours over a four-week period – week on, week off (2 weeks). You will be required to work some unsociable hours. The job is predominantly evening and weekends.
Purpose of job: To enable a woman with a physical disability to live independently at home. Job offer is subject to a satisfactory DBS and references.
To assist with:
Going to bed
Assisting around the home
Using everyday items, for example, turning the TV on/off
Manual handling – must be physically strong to be able to do this
To travel and assist in all the normal care duties on occasions, when required
To maintain client confidentiality
To understand working boundaries, even when in a social setting
Any other reasonable duties at the employers instruction
Flexibility in approach
Ability to cope with change of plans at short notice
Ability to follow instructions
An understanding of independent living
To respect dignity and choice
Honest, reliable and trustworthy
Willingness to undertake training
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to use discretion when necessary
Ability to lift (training can be provided)
There is a small dog in my household
Pay: £10.50 per hour
Pay is paid every four weeks by BACS and this must be a UK bank account
The job is funded through the Local Authority
You must be eligible to work in the UK
