Job Title: Warehouse & Returns Assistant (Romanian-speaking)

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual with beginner-level electrical knowledge and good computer skills (Word, Excel) to join our team.
You will play a key role in managing product returns, organizing warehouse stock, coordinating deliveries, and supporting various small tasks across the company.
Fluency in Romanian and English is essential, as you will be working within a multilingual team.
Responsibilities:
Manage and process product returns efficiently.
Organize warehouse boxes, stock, and deliveries.
Keep the warehouse and working spaces clean, structured, and organized.
Perform small tasks across departments as needed (administrative and physical).
Learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and company processes.
Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Eligible to work in the UK
Full UK driving license (essential for occasional deliveries and collections).
Fluent in Romanian and English (spoken and written).
Basic electrical knowledge (at least beginner level).
Computer literate: confident with Word, Excel, and general IT use.
Strong team player with good communication skills.
Positive, proactive attitude and ability to take initiative.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
