Sales Coordinator
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, organised and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support our Sales team and ensure the smooth processing of customer orders. Working closely with Sales, Finance, Logistics and Warehouse teams, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience while ensuring orders, deliveries and customer accounts are managed accurately.
Key Responsibilities
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate deliveries and liaise with customers and internal teams.
• Allocate customer payments and assist with managing customer accounts.
• Respond to customer enquiries regarding orders, deliveries and invoices.
• Prepare delivery documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales and Finance teams.
• Assist with improving processes and maintaining high standards of customer service.
About You
• Previous experience in a sales administration, sales coordination or customer service role is preferred.
• Experience using an ERP system is desirable.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Able to prioritise tasks, work independently and contribute effectively as part of a team.
