PCO Driver COMPANY CAR WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE North and East London 247 Airport Transfer is looking for Drivers interested in working with a PCO Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle provided by the company. The vehicles are licensed as a Private Hire Vehicles in London. We are looking for reliable PCO licensed drivers from North and East London who can commit to a school run and in between to do the rest of the jobs with a company car. The driver prices vary between £300 and £600 per week from the school run alone. Being a school run driver with a company vehicle will also get you priority on the allocation of airport jobs, if any, that match your school run. What We Offer: Drivers on this option work exclusively with our company. Commission Structure: 23% company commission + 20% vehicle rental contribution = Total weekly deduction: 43% This option is ideal for drivers seeking higher earning potential based on performance. Driver Responsibilities Fuel/recharging costs Any fines or penalties Any vehicle damage caused during use A minimum of 5 days/week at 12-hour shifts or 6 days/week at 10-hour shifts is required. You must complete a minimum of 4 jobs per day. If you work fewer hours or days, a fixed fee will apply depending on the vehicle you rent. You must complete a minimum of 20 jobs per week. Failure to meet this threshold may result in the company reclaiming the vehicle. ! MANDATORY Training & Responsibilities: All drivers must complete MIDAS training and be willing to cover any school run or wheelchair-accessible jobs assigned by local authorities. Priority Allocation: School run drivers using a company vehicle will receive priority on airport job assignments, when available, that align with their school run schedules. Please note: Failure to meet the minimum weekly activity requirements may result in the vehicle being withdrawn. Drivers working reduced hours or days may instead be moved onto a fixed weekly rental arrangement depending on the vehicle. Included by the Company: Annual PHV Licence Two MOT tests per year Routine servicing Tyre replacement for normal wear and tear Part of the Documents Needed to Apply: -Copy of Passport/ID -Enhanced CRB/DBS check (must be no older than 3 years) -NINO and UTR number -Driving License (with no more than 6 penalty points) -London PCO License and badge -Proof of address (other than your driving license) Your Role: As a PCO driver for 247 Airport Transfer, you’ll be responsible for providing safe, professional, and efficient transport in a wheelchair-accessible vehicle. Reporting to the Manager, your role is essential in ensuring that our clients receive timely and efficient service. You will utilize your core driving skills and premium driving experience, along with relevant skills to communicate effectively with clients. Responsibilities *Safely operate a wheelchair accessible vehicle to transport passengers to their destinations. *Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and regulations while driving. *Conduct pre-trip inspections to maintain vehicle safety and functionality. *Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, ensuring their comfort and safety. *Communicate effectively with passengers and dispatch to provide updates and address any concerns. *Maintain accurate records of trips and vehicle maintenance as required.
