Site Supervisor – Social Housing Cosro Group Limited Location: Various sites across London Job Type: Full-time Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break) Pay Rate: £28.00 per hour About the Role Cosro Group Limited is seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to join our growing team. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Our work is primarily within the social housing sector, including: Internal refurbishment works External refurbishment works Planned and reactive maintenance Complex refurbishment and repair projects Key Responsibilities Supervise operatives and subcontractors on site. Ensure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with health and safety regulations. Monitor project progress, quality, and programme deadlines. Liaise with clients, residents, site teams, and management. Conduct site inspections and maintain accurate records. Ensure materials, labour, and resources are effectively managed. Resolve on-site issues promptly and professionally. Essential Requirements Proven experience supervising social housing refurbishment and maintenance projects. Experience with internal and external refurbishment, maintenance, and complex works. Right to work in the UK. SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) – minimum requirement. Valid DBS check. Full UK driving licence. Desirable Recommendation or reference letter from a previous employer. First Aid at Work certification. CSCS Supervisor Card. Knowledge of current fire door regulations, compliance standards, and best practices. Experience fitting ironmongery, intumescent seals, hinges, door closers, and other fire door components. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Essential Requirements Right to work in the UK.
