Requirements :
-CIS registered
-basic English
-tools (Company can fund tools where required but these remain property of company)
-driving license
The ideal candidate will be competent in carrying out some or all of the following:
- changing/repairing locks
- painting and decorating
- basic plumbing/leak investigation
- basic electrical works
- Bricklaying
- Basic roofing repairs (leak repairs)
- basic carpentry
- Tiling
- General maintenance and repair experience
